Once a noted orchard, Brushy Hill Cottage is now a quiet retreat with mature maple trees anchored by a charming fieldstone and cedar shingle “cottage” of approximately 3800 square feet with 5 bedrooms.

This lovely little self-contained resort lends itself to both quiet solitude with total privacy and a luxurious environment for exclusive entertaining with breathtaking views.  The private grounds and pool provide ample choices for activity while the covered porch, hammock, and many lounge chairs provide endless opportunities for resting and taking in the peaceful views.

A Beautiful Interior

The interior of Brushy Hill Cottage is beautifully decorated. The living room has high ceilings with exposed beams and a stone, wood burning, fireplace. The overstuffed, white slipcovered furniture invites cozy relaxation with family and guests. The large dining room with an exposed stone wall accommodates a seated dinner for ten or has plenty of room for a cocktail party with easy flow into the foyer and living room. The kitchen and breakfast room have double ovens and a sub zero refrigerator. There is one bedroom on the first floor, and four on the second. There is a spacious sunroom with a large screen TV on the first floor, and a pool table in the basement. The swimming pool is open from April-September and can be heated for an additional fee. There are a washer and dryer in the basement and a gas grill on the stone patio off of the kitchen.Non smoking home and pets are not allowed.
